Rear First Floor Extension/Addition to a Historical Dwelling set within Chorleywood Conservation Area
Following a positive pre-application advice response from the planners, we are currently finalising proposals for a proposed first floor bathroom extension to the rear of an 1870’s cottage set within the conservation area. The proposed addition will ensure that there is symmetry at first floor level with the built form and will be completed in materials sympathetic and subservient to the existing house.
